My name is Heather Jackson -  I am a  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works extensively with couples who are stressed out and have fallen away from each other in one way or another.  I also work with adults on an individual basis who are feeling challenged in their interpersonal relationships or are dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety or ADHD.  My work is all about Connection; REAL Connection.

My mission is to help guide you or you and your partner back to your own deep sense of knowing yourself and your relationship; encouraging you to be real with yourself and others.   I support becoming seen, heard, validated and understood.  I am inspired to help you find solutions to guide you in getting along with the important people in your life, including and most importantly - yourself.
